By using this website (the 'Services'), the user ("you") have read and agreed to the terms of service of www.shao-fen.net operated by SHAO FEN DESIGNS ("us", "we" or "our"). We may modify the TOS without notice from time to time. If you do not agree with any of the following terms of service, please stop using this website. 2. Prohibitions
You must not misuse this website. All material and content on this website belongs exclusively to SHAO FEN DESIGNS. Any copying or storing content from this website in parts or as a whole is strictly prohibited. You are not allowed to use any content without permission for personal or commercial reasons.
You may link to this website for fair and legal purposes only. We reserve the right to ask you to remove any content used illegally and without permission.
3. Terms of Sale
By purchasing from our website, you are offering to purchase a product for personal consumption. All relevant information provided regarding the order is accurate, authentic and authorised by the user. We reserve the right to cancel the order if any of the information provided is false or the order is believed to be for ill intentions.
All sales are final. You may track your order with your order number provided through the confirmation email sent to you upon completion of order. An order is NOT placed if you did not receive an email from us.

3a. Pricing
Prices stated on the website are according to the currency selected. With options for MYR, SGD, GBP, KRW and USD. In the case a product's price is changed or listed incorrectly, we will inform you with the correct pricing before processing the order and you hold the right to cancel the order.
3b. Availability
We will try our best to ensure all information provided on our website is updated and accurate. Errors may occur. If an error occur, we will contact you as soon as possible with the correct information and option of reconfirming the purchase or cancelling it. Should a product be unavailable after purchase, a refund will be issued.
3c. Duties and Taxes
For international orders, please note the final price does not include VAT nor import duties to the selected shipping destination. You are responsible to pay for all custom and duties taxes. SHAOFEN does not hold any control over it. Please refer to your local customs for more information.
3d. Payment
Your debit/credit card will be debited upon purchase. Goods will not be dispatched until payment is cleared.
3e. Gift Cards
SHAOFEN only accept gift cards issued/purchased through www.shao-fen.net only. We DO NOT sell gift cards nor vouchers through any third party.
You are not allowed to exchange gift cards for cash. For purchases made with gift cards, any exchange(s)/refunds(s) will be converted to digital credits for you via your online account.
3f. Discount Codes
We offer promotional discount codes from time to time. The conditions of each code will be specified at each time.
4. Private Policy
SHAOFEN highly respects the privacy of personal information provided through our website. We do not disclose any personal information of customers to any third party unless it is to provide service for you. This private policy does not apply to any other website(s) we link to.
