1. PAYMENT

We accept Paypal, VISA, MasterCard and Apple Pay.

 

2. CURRENCY

Please select the preferred currency on the top right corner of any page and it will adjust accordingly.

The price and currency will be displayed and charged as selected.

 

3. PRE-ORDERS

A non-refundable* 50% initial payment will be collected for pre-order items. The remainder payment can be paid via 'My Account' before the delivery of the product.

Customers MUST have an account at check-out when pre-ordering. Products are expected to be delivered on the dates listed in its' description box.

*Deposit is refundable only if you cancel your order within 5 days of placing your order.

4. MODIFYING / CANCELLING ORDER

You can modify / cancel your order as long as it has not been packed / shipped. 

Please email info@shao-fen.net with your order no. & desired changes.

 

5. CUSTOM ORDERS

Our team will be happy to accommodate any of your needs. Please email info@shao-fen.net to enquiry.

 

6. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

It is optional to create an account except for pre-ordering. Easily track your orders' status through 'My Account'. Customer information will not be shared with third-parties and used only for promotional purposes.

 

7. MADE-TO-ORDER

Made-to-order pieces are specially made for you in our studio once order is processed and therefore non-refundable. Fittings may be arranged with customers from Malaysia or Singapore. Please contact a member of our team to arrange.

 

8. GIFT CARDS

  • We only accept gift card(s) bought from our website. We do not sell any discount coupons or gift cards on any third party websites.
  • This is a digital product.
  • Gift card(s) are non-transferable and non-returnable.
  • We do not exchange gift card(s) for any monetary value.
  • You may use the card as long as there is unused balance.
  • There is no expiry date.
