RETURNS/EXCHANGES

At the moment, we only offer exchanges. Made-to-order products are excluded from exchanges AND returns. Due to the nature of made-to-order, it is made specifically when ordered.

  • Should there be a mistake or fault from us, we will be happy to alter / exchange for no additional charges.
  • The customer will bear the shipping cost to return the product to us.
  • Any merchandise showing sign of use will be returned to the customer at our discretion.
  • For an exchange, please send us an email with your order number.
