• All items/orders are dispatched from Malaysia.
• You may be subjected to Tax and Duties when your order arrives in its respective country.
• Shipping fees / Tax & Duties paid are non-refundable.
• Please allow up to 2-3 working days for your orders to be processed.
• Delivery may take longer than suggested during peak periods, public holidays or natural disasters. (Please check with your local post office in the case of local disruptions/natural disasters.) 
• We do not accept COD.
• We are always looking to offer you the lowest possible shipping price for a better shopping experience thus prices may change from your previous experience.
• All orders will be delivered by their respective courier handlers within 3-7 working days.
• Tracking of all orders will be provided via email upon fulfilment.

Same day delivery via Lalamove / Grab available within Klang Valley and KL.

RM35 flat rate to East Malaysia.
