SHIPPING
- All items/orders are dispatched from Malaysia.
- You may be subjected to Tax and Duties when your order arrives in its respective country.
- Shipping fees / Tax & Duties paid are non-refundable.
- Please allow up to 2-3 working days for your orders to be processed.
- Delivery may take longer than suggested during peak periods, public holidays or natural disasters. (Please check with your local post office in the case of local disruptions/natural disasters.)
- We do not accept COD.
- We are always looking to offer you the lowest possible shipping price for a better shopping experience. Thus shipping couriers options and prices will be updated time-to-time on this page with no notice.
- All orders will be delivered by their respective courier handlers within 3-7 working days.
- Tracking of all orders will be provided via email.

*Delivery to China: We will require your ID or Passport number for immigration tax clearance purposes. Please include it under 'Notes' when placing your order.
We do not ship to: North Korea, Palestinian Territories, South Sudan.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
At the moment, we only offer exchanges. Made-to-order products are excluded from exchanges AND returns. Due to the nature of made-to-order, it is made specifically when ordered.
- Should there be a mistake or fault from us, we will be happy to alter / exchange for no additional charges.
- The customer will bear the shipping cost to return the product to us.
- Any merchandise showing sign of use will be returned to the customer at our discretion.
- For an exchange, please send us an email with your order number.
